Deliveries & Returns

Delivery Costs

We charge the following for postage and packing:

  • UK: £5.00

First Class signed for delivery, dispatched when all items in the order are ready. Delivery can take between 1-3 working days.

  • Europe: £12.00

Tracked & signed for delivery, dispatched when all items in the order are ready. Delivery can take up to 5 working days.

  • Rest of the World: £16.00

International tracked & signed for delivery, dispatched when all items in the order are ready. Delivery can take up to 14 working days.

With international and European deliveries you may be required to pay customs or duty charges, so please make sure you understand the fees your country may charge you to receive the items, and consider this before placing an order - as it is your responsibility to pay these.

 

Returns

We hope you love your hand knitted items as much as we do. All items are knitted by hand with love and care so there might be slight imperfections, making each piece unique. Each item is meticulously quality checked before it is delivered. Please note that unless there is a fault with the item(s), we do not accept returns. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries or if you would like to exchange your item.
